Colony - Started by members of parent clan to expand power. May control occupied.

Anybody in WC want to start a colony in the Pacific? (Phillipines, New Zeland, Australia, Indonesia)
If so PM me and let's get colonization started. (I would like to be viceroy, unless anyone aposses.)

I feel that as the great nation we are, we need to spread our beliefs. (Let's not spread too thin though.)
