From what I gathered he is asking for a system where each individual rider would have "Honor Points" listed on the front page, perhaps similar to:

HP: 3

To earn an Honor Point you must be seen by another rider while finishing a game to completion, either by death or winning.
However, if a Rider catches you quitting a game when you have 4 or more territories in it you would lose one Honor Point.

That would also require a rider to be there to see you surrender with 4 or more territories.

Even if everyone kept track and posted and was straight about it the main page would have to be updated on a regular basis, id say at least once a week. but you still wouldn't get a good idea of what was going on short of having a rider always be there. plus theres the fact that you wouldn't know what caused the situation to happen, valid reason or no. it's a nice idea but I don't see the point.
