lol it is not. U could argue that roller is also messed up, though he does allow high levels in no matter what.( i do that occasionally but i cant stand the luck they get.Especially russianempire)

fyi its not unfair play because if they want to come in its their problem, not mine. Im not trying to get high rating or anything. Also LOL. Bullying low rankers and guests? I thought thats what u did. Besides u hate guests, i dont. I find nothing wrong with them, and the only reason u get trolled and spammed by them is because of your behavior.(U beep people out every chance u get for no reason. Also, THIS IS A VIRTUAL GAME!!!! Who cares what happens. Its a game and it wont hurt u.)
