Welcome to 2015!
This is the year of Vortex Wars. A little taste of what is to come this year:
1) The forum gets active - We have about 20 active members. They post here at least every other month. This year as they drop in, check to see what is going on, they will note that the forum is noticeably more active than before. We will post something at least once a month on the clan page, and while we are on the forum, take a moment to play a forum game, and maybe comment on another thread (or more) that we find interesting. These couple of minutes at least once a month, if done by this clan alone will result in a huge uptick in overall forum activity.
2) The forum grows - Our next recruiting drive is this month (January 11 to January 25). Several of us, myself included, will recruit new members into the clan. If even 5 of us bring in a member or two, we see some new life, with new perspectives, and activity to join and expand the clan's presence. I believe that the 20 of us can bring in at least 6 new members over those two weeks. I want to see at least 4 that are not even on the forum today. New members not just for the clan, but for the overall forum community.
3) The game grows - When do YOU like to play Vortex Wars? We need to encourage game activity. We will play and be active in game when we can, and during our favorite times play and invite other players to join us so that there is game activity when we want it. The game will grow if there are already players online. We will grow the game and forum.
2015 is here and the possibilities are endless. Please drop in and post your thoughts here, play a forum game once in a while, and post on topics that interest you. Come and play Vortex Wars with us and ask others to check out the forum. In a few weeks we will actively recruit and begin to grow.
