Order of Secrets says out aloud in forum they exist? whoa? big secret.
The Rebbels did way better at this, the alliance was already up and running before they even played this game.
Only due to our main source of communication went down we started to um... break apart here.
They been under secret for 6 months before our commander gave up and mentioned the Merc Company here on public...
then he rejoined and tada the Merc turned to Clan and we talked here and restarted.

Our existence isn't supposed to be a secret; we can't destroy people if they don't know we exist, because then they won't know we were destroyed! In addition, the rebbels existed in a different era. We are in the clan era, our main enemies are clans, to take them out we must declare war, and to do that we must announce our presence.

you made some good points there, but you need to act more professional, have some private area for your group to talk, a area to relay information without others seeing it, also Communication is the Key, if you lack that then your whole "Clan" crumbles on itself.
Keep your group organised and plan on ambushing or trapping other people or alliances.

Also, due to the extreme secrecy, this clan is essentially micromanaged by me, most information is relayed by me because most of the members won't know who the other members are (just that secret).
