I think there should be a council of leaders of the major clans. Just for clan decisions. Probably the leading four or five.

I think this is a great idea. When I was still thinking of forming the Knights I almost created a Vortex Wars Council instead. The Knights, in part, came from that rough idea. I am now acting on this concept and a thread had been started.

The page is very rough right now, but should make more sense by the end of the weekend.
