Well - I guess a slight modification is in order on the rule change. We don't really yet have a YES or NO vote to THE proposal. We have entered a discussion on parts of it.

The vote is cancelled (for now).

Now I would like to change it to a discussion for a bit.

This is how I am viewing what you are saying:

1) Change the requirement so that every clan member has to post something at least once every 3 months (not 2) and
2) KEEP the requirement to also play every so often (whether that is every 2 or 3 months is not clear)

Just to explain - I was hoping to also get rid of the play requirement only because it is harder to verify if there are a lot of members. It is quite easy for me to verify forum activity on the clan page.

For now - Please post and discuss. If possible, I would like to move to kicking out members that have not posted anything to the clan page for 3 months. If they have not posted by then - they should be automatically removed in my opinion.

So - What do you think?

Message clear from all of you:

Change the forum posting requirement to once every three months and keep some version of you have to play the live game.

So here is the ONE proposal for a YES or NO vote:

1). Members are moved to the inactive section after two months of not posting on the clan page.
2). Members are removed from the clan after 3 months of not posting.
3). Members must also play the game. Same time conditions.

Please vote YES to change = All three are approved
Please vote NO to keep things as they are = All three are NOT approved

Senators have 7 days from this post to vote YES or NO to the whole thing.
